Absolute disgusting Service for 12years from 2 Mercedes branches. Poor Service, installations, inspections, hassle of hours of wasted time to keep leaving my own business and the recent effort to have to pull teeth out to get a courtesy car as a means of transport as I am single and have no one to chauffeur myself around while my car is in, and in for reoccurring / never attended properly issues I'd given the car in for. I've spent between R120 000& R190 000 thousand in the past 12 years maintaining this Car of mine with Mercedes and more recently in the last 2years between R50000-R80000 est.
My family has owned the following Mercedes's : 1957 300SL, 190SL 1959, 2x 280SL 1970s, 1x 230SL 1970s, 280SE 3, 5L, 220s Poton Cabrio, 280Se Cabrio 1970s, Fintail 1960s, 300TE station wagon 1991, SLK 1995, 430ML 1998, SL55 Amg 2001, 2x Mercedes 500SL 1990s, CLK 500 Cabriolet 2x Smart Fortwo Cabriolet 2001 & 2006 model (one of which i am currently having the above problem with service problems).
My point here is that my dad has bought Mercedes cars his whole life, and with the way i am being treated I am so disappointed and would not recommend anyone to purchase a new Mercedes!!!
