Worst service ever received for the 3rd time

On my first visit to the garage I was overcharged with the service. If it was not for my father working also for Mercedes at another garage I would not be aware of it. Then I had a problem with the ignition and was told by Lara that they need to order the part from Germany and I would be without a car for 6 - 8 weeks. Not willing to give me a courtesy car, just saying I have to wait. When I asked if the part is not available at another garage I was told "dont tell me how to do my job" On my own expences I got the part from East London branch and dropped it off at Maritime Motors. No explantation on why thy could not get the part. 2 Weeks ago I heard a noice in my car and take it back to Maritime to get fixed. I asked them to please get it fixed and a weeks time because I am now going out of the country and on my return I would need the car for business trips. On my return from Zambia I was informed the car is still not fixed and they again dont have the part. Once again they could not give me a garage car and I had to hire a car on my own costs. My dad phone the garage to find out what is going on and was told by Linda "you can get cross if you want to it is like water from a ducks back
