Incompetent staff and lack of service

My car has been at Gm motors Alberante since the 6th of nov 2012 and im still without my car... Gm motors incompetent techinician and service manager Graham needs to be sent for more training along with priya naidoo from Gm head office... i have never experienced such horrible service from anyone ever.. one would have thought that cause of the lenght my car has been there they would make a priority but guess not.. ive spoken the dealer principle ian austin aswell and same story. he was no help at all. priya naidoo called me yesterday but i was at work and she told my brother my car is fixed and ready i drove this morning and only fro graham to tell me nothing has been done and that his waiting for motorite i came home called motorite and motorite is waiting for Gm motors. like i said graham and his team keeps proving how incompetent they are. Gm motors alberante has given all Gm' a bad name cause now i would not take a chance to visit one again all thanks to graham and his team at alberante motors.. lying and incompetance goes hand in hand with alberante motors.
