Bad Attitude (After Sales Service)

I took my car (BMW F30) 320I in for repairs to Club Motors Fountains after seeing that the car was leaking water. I was told that the problem was fixed but upon arrival at home the problem was still persisting. I called the dealership and was told to bring the car two days later as they were fully booked and thy will see if they will be able to assist me then. I took the car once more in on the 15th May 2013, I only received a call around 15:00 from Ms Ribeiro that a part has to be replaced and they've ordered it and it will only arrive on friday (next day) not later than 10:00. I clearly requested the lady that I had a planned trip the next day and I would appreciate if this whole thing can be resolved by 11:00 the latest, and she promised me that this will be the case and she will update me. The next day I did not receive any communication from this lady until I called her around 13:00, and she promised to get back to me, she did not and I had to call her again and she cannot say when will I get the car, I requested her to collect me so that I can come to the dealership and she said she had no driver. I made my own means and ended up getting the car around 16:00.
