Dear Tempest
This is the first time I have used your service and will not recommend it to any one. I filled up the Polo Vivo I used with petrol, 3 km from the Cape Town airport. Yet you billed me an extra R86 for fuel. Disgusted that you charged me this after going to the effort of filling as close to the airport as possible.
None of the other Car Hire dealers have ever charged me with fuel when I have filled up close to the airport. This experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth and guess I will not use you again. Your loss.
