Unfair billing and poor follow up service

After returning my Chev Spark with half a tank of fuel, watching the person taking acceptance of the vehicle marking the fuel quantity on the form at just over half, I was very surprised when a payment went off on my bank statement. I queried the amount, and after about a week Tempest came back and said an amount of R650 was charged for fuel. For half a tank.
I complained and said that half a tank of fuel for a tiny car like that could not possibly cost R650, and threatened to complain on a public forum if I didn't get a reason for this absurd charge on my account. This has been more than a week ago, and they completely ignored me.
I will not be making use of Tempest Car Hire again.
