I bought a HYNDAI i 20 at Autopedigree on the 26 march 2013, I was told that I will get my spare keys the following week, until today I have been sending mails, I have been told that they have ordered the key from their head office, I ask how long will it take, no one is prepared to give me an answer.

is this the kind of service that we get after spending so much money???
