I received a call yesterday 10/07/2013 from someone at AUTOPEDIGREE HEADOFFICE, telling me that my keys were ready for collection at the branch, I went there this morning and I found the salesman who told me that the keys that were delivered to the branch were not for my car???
what must I do now, why incorrect information is communicated to customers??? this is now the 4th month and I am battling to get my keys, my car is not safe and should something happens to it I will hold Autopedigree liable as I do not have the spare keys for the vehicle and I dont know who has my keys at this present moment!!
