I bought a car from Mark White Nissan last year 2012. i was told that the spare Keys to the car have been accidentally swapped with another customers, i was then told to come back after 3 days to collect them together with my car's registration plates, i got the plates but no keys, then Alan said he will call me for the Keys, he did not do that, i called him after three to enquirer about the keys the keys were still no where to be found. he called me this in February to collect the keys when i got there the wrong keys were allocated for the car, he then promised he will call again when the keys are available he still has not done that. i have sent hem numerous e-mails inquiring about the keys he has not responded to even a single 1 of the mails.
