Worst purchase I've ever made!

I bought a Nissan Tiida from them in March 2013 and I asked if there was full service history for the vehicle and Gavin said to me yes we'll get all that for you don't stress but I only got an empty service book and he stated I must go to every dealer myself and get it!! I asked where are the spare keys for the vehicle, I was told he is sure they are in the safe I said ok I'm not taking the vehicle without spare keys so he said he will find them, filled in the application for the vehicle my finance was approved a week later. I went to fetch the vehicle and I stated I was not happy with the hubcaps as he had them repaired instead of replacing them so he said he will talk to his manager Colin Thorpe. The whole time stating he mad no profit on this car as he had to sell it on a special so I said its not my problem. I ask the question again, where are the spare keys for the vehicle And I was told that he will check with the previos dealer I said ok, he made me sign an altered delivery document that he was only giving me one key today but he said its just to show that he gave me a key while they are looking for the spare. They refuse to give spares and say its for my own account!!!
