No spare key!

I bought a Chevrolet Spark in December 2012 and have since been waiting for my spare key. The salesman that sold me my car does not work at the company anymore, but when he still did he kept saying that they are waiting for the key to be couriered from their head office. When he left that branch, I spoke to another salesman who kept saying the same thing. I phoned them again 4 December 2013 to ask them to please deliver the key asap since I am moving to PE. They however still did not deliver the key (even though I followed up on my request frequently) and said they would arrange with a company in PE to have my key cut and coded there. I have still not heard from them. I have even contacted Auto Pedigree's client service who has not come back to me. This is the absolute worse service I have ever received from any company and will never purchase a vehicle from Auto Pedigree again!
