I purchased a Nissan Micra from the salesman and took delivery of the car on 20/05/2013. There was no spare keys, nor was the service book given to me. The car is under factory warrentee. When i enquired i was told that it would take about two weeks to get the missing items as it was currently in Durban. I have enquired numerous times and keep getting the same answer, it will be here in a week or two. It has now been 2 months and i still do not have the service book or spare keys to the car. I sent Sevie an email a week ago demanding the service book and keys but i did not even get a response. This is the worst service i have recieved from a motor dealership and i would definately not reccommend IC Auto to anyone interested in buying a car. I am in the market for another vehicle and i am NOT taking my business to IC AUto again
