I bought a trade in car cash in september 2012 and was promised a spare key as soon as possible..everytime i querie this i get excuses to get rid of me basicly..car couldnt start few days ago... was towed in and the result was due to the coding of the only key i had... I had a interview due the next day in a different town which i couldnt attend... did i in fact receive this key long bef4 this wouldnt have happened... only to find out the workshop attending my car say the manager said they dont give spare keys to trade in vehicles..totally opposite what the manager and his consultant told me..had i known in the beginning i would have to pay for the coding of an xtra key myself i would have done so..now i only get my car mayb saturday 30 march..my easter weekend plans is also now ruined due to this... wont advise anybody to buy a car there.
