Been taken advantage of?

I bought an auto service deal from Budget Auto Clinic through a Groupon deal and believe that I was taken advantage of by BUDGET AUTO CLINIC;

I wrote an email telling BUDGET AUTO that I found their service to be unsatisfactory, and felt that the additional R5000.00 that I paid out was an unnecessary service to my car - I was verbally told by the manager that I would be refunded a few hundred Rands. I still wait for this to materialise.

I phoned Groupon to complain about Budget Auto, and also complain about the false advertising on the Groupon site, I was told that there was nothing Groupon can do for me.

The advert claimed that the value of the coupon was R1800 for a full service, but can be bought for R850. I was originally offered a full service by the manager of Budget Auto Clinic, Access Park for R1000.

Groupon, nor Budget Auto Clinic should be able to get away with this kind of behaviour in our community - we should be there to watch each others backs. Be very wary of Groupon deals and never take your car anywhere near Budget Auto Clinic.
