I had a large parcel due for delivery 06/05/2013, I enquired twice and both times were assured that my parcel would be delivered that day. Then I phoned again 07/05/2013 first I was told my parcel had been delivered the previous day, then later the day I was told by the delivery guy that he could not find the place and will phone me when he is in the area.By 4pm I had not heard anything and phoned again, now they told me that my parcel has indeed delivered to some person I have no idea who. The delivery was to a residential address - how can you deliver it to any random person!!! I have been phoning since then and they assured me they would phone me back - still nothing. My package is now missing and no further feedback from the company - the supervisor will not comment and apparently the driver's phone has been off the whole afternoon since I called. The track and trace online system does not however show that my parcel has been delivered. My only next option is to contact the police which I will be doing in the morning and laying a charge of. Extremely upset about this.
