On the 2nd of May 2013, I rented a Honda Jazz for 10 days for the period I was in South Africa on holiday. I arrived after a very long flight from Australia and Raj Pillay took me to his office in nearby Kempton to pay for the rental and hand over the keys. He claimed to be having problems with his internet and asked that I sign a manual credit card slip which I did. He then decided to take me to another office in Jules street near the CBD where he requested that we try again with the eftpos cc payment. It went through and all was fine.. I returned car in pristine condition on the 12th of May and caught my plane home. Everyone was happy. The day after I had left, Raj Pillay had taken the manual credit card slip (which he claimed to have destroyed) and filled it in and charged me me twice for the car rental. My bank is currently claiming my money back and NOW Raj Pillay claims that I did not return the vehicle on the 12th and I actually met with him on the 13th and extended my rental by a further 10 days. This of course is impossible as I had left the country. BEWARE OF THIS MAN AND HIS BUSINESS. HE IS A PROFESSIONAL ARTIST!
