My problems, over 1 service, have amounted to:
1. No lift from work to service center - twice and tomorrow for a third time I will be embarking on the hour-long walk it takes me to get to N1 city.
2. Do not clean properly (dirty after 2 washes)
3. Coerced into giving a top rating ("We would appreciate your 10 / 10" - never actually asking me for my input over the phone)
4. Not testing the fixes (the first time I tested the fan it broke again)
5. Not calling me to inform me of what is going on -- 2 instances where I just am not told what is happening - if someone would just speak to me I probably would never have complained in the first place.
6. Constant back and fourth on the vehicle - 3 times in a month just for a fan
7. When I do call, I get put on hold where I wait for 5 minutes and then get disconnected
8. No reaction from Jackie when I tell her I am upset.
