I am terribly irate about a happening at the service centre at barons N1 city this morning.
I booked my car in for a service today dropped it off at about 7:45 signed it off, while working to work which is across the road at MWEB I realised that I had left a R200 note on my ashtray. I immediately called to inform Carmine Da Costa who accepted the car from me. That was not even 15 mins after I had left your premises.
Half an hour later I get a call advising me that the money was not where I left it. Now I know that I will not get it back as your clauses on the forms I signed protects Barons and the people who work for your company from thieving from their clients. I am actually disgusted by this incident, clearly are your employees morals and ethics are non-existent.
I will take every opportunity to tell people I know about what I encountered at your service centre today. It is unacceptable! I will always advise people to stay away from your establishment.
