I recently service my vehicle at Barons-Durban, the service advisor did not contact me to give feedback whilst the vehicle was being repaired, I had paid for trimmings to be fitted on the vehicle the orinal one was jsut scratched, I went to collect the vehicle after the service. And had to wait for more than a hour as I was told it was being washed, then after an hour I was not shown what repairs were done or even shown the trimmings that were fitted, I was asked to pay for the repairs, after I had paid, the vehicle was finally brought to me, it was filthy and was not washed properly, I had a look at the trimmings fitted and saw that it was not fitted properly.the serive agent then stated that they could not fit it properly, I then got into my vehicle and discovered that my fuel was showing half a tank eventhough I had filled it up to the brim a few minutes before the service, they had half a tank of petrol, I spoke to thr dealer principal, Ravi, he requested the receipt when I filled up the petrol to which I gave him, he then stated that the fuel must have been drained out by one of his workshop employees, he promised to investigate all my concerns but to date has not done so.
