My sons card was meant to have a service the vehicle is 15 months old and has 11514km on the clock, I took the car in this was never mentioned to me. They contacted my son couple of hours later to say that because the car was over a year old it would cost him R1400 when I asked the what this was about I got one story was told to contact another person who told me another story was then told to contact KIA SA who I see don't answer things on Hello Peter obviously think that they give brilliant service or maybe scared there might be too many to handle. ANyway I contacted them yet another story. The contact Kia Bryanston was told something else. I looked into the service book as I was told the answer to all my questions was. I might add that on the opposite page to them explaining the service plan the person who sold you the car is meant to sign it to say the they have discussed it with you. Please all have a look to see if this has ever been done. I still expect my car to be serviced under the service plan Please get yourselves sorted
