Does anyone answer the phone at the DSTV call center in Johannesburg? I called about 10 times, after holding for 20 minutes a lady finally answered the phone and just my luck I went through to the wrong department so she transfers my call and guess what lucky me it rings 5 times and gets disconnected! So I proceed to call back 9 more times and nobody ever answers or my call gets disconnected. So I call this morning only to be told by the operator that she cannot call me back she will escalate my call and someone will get back to me in the next few days! Next few days?? Really?? I am paying for a service that hasn't been working for 4 days now! This is not the first time I am experiencing something like this, the last time I spent almost 300 minutes of my time on the phone with the call center fixing a problem that was the fault of DSTV - I never complained before but now I have had enough!
