I order some books for my grandchild from them when the package arrive i picked it up from Postnet on 5 August 2013 took it home opened it to show to my grandchild she did not like it and i send an email to cancel my account. on the same day. On the 6 August i send the package back to them Tracking Number PE 542 080 480 ZA.Just would like an acknowledgement that thy did cancell my subscrition.
