just want to say what bad service i have got from the spares department. About six months ago I needed some spares for my Jeep, they sent me the wrong spares four times. I phoned and complained to the manager, but only got empty promises. Last week i ordered two bush's for the rear suspension. I was told 3-5 working days. Its now been 8 days and still nothing. When i call and complain I get told that there is nothing they can do, they are waiting on the warehouse to send the spares. I am so sorry I bought a Jeep. The vehicle is great but the after-sales service really!!! There seems to be nothing I can do to speed this up.
