Took my Mercedes 180 in as was making a noise, was told have to do a service to fix problem, problem was never fixed was told it would be ready 24 hrs was not even phnd to collec t and car was not ready for a week phd them was told ready to collect went to collect was asked to pay 7989 rand for a service and 3500 for some parts that were not needed, told them want to test drive before paying, took car for a drive with rose bank service manager and jasmine service advisor who to me countless times saying electrics were checked by auto electrician that's why it took so long, anyway on taking for arrive it was not working and got stuck, refused to take it back, a week later now that's 2 weeks and I was told all ok and to fetch car, paid and got stuck twice on leaving cargo rose bank Mercedes, called them they sent mechanic who told me no auto electrician ever looked at car, my car is still not working I will never use cargo rose bank again and will be taking legal action
