It is a long story and I am not going into all the detail. I bought a new C200 from Mercedes Cargo East Rand. There service stinks. Both the agent Mr Johan Breed and the manager Warren keeps on making promises that they cant keep. Two weeks later and I still wait for my spare key, service book and manual that was supposed to be delivered on the first of March as promised by Warren (Manager)
