Utter Lack of Service - Worst Service Ever!!!

I am utterly shocked & dismayed by the lack of service received at Mercedes Benz Rosebank... I ordered & paid for a new key on May 2nd & was told the 1st component would be ready for collection after 2 weeks & the 2nd component after 5 weeks. 2 weeks later I had to contact them to find out the whereabouts of my key but because the Parts Manager was sick, no one could tell me anything (really? If one person's sick then all work stops?) Eventually I received the 1st component but was now waiting for the 2nd. After countless attempts to find out the whereabouts of the 2nd component, - 7 weeks later I was eventually contacted by Fatima to inform me that the key was now ready. Arriving at the branch was as expected because having waited over 30 minutes I was told that they cant find the key??? Once again, my time and resources wasted while you get your ducks in a row. Today (2 months later) I once again called to find out & was told that the key has now been ordered & I should receive it in a week or 2. Really? What happened to 5 weeks? Mercedes... you need an attitude check and sort out your service! To get this from such a (once) reputable brand is disgusting!!!
