Promised vehicle is ready for collection but not

I was promised by the service advisor, Yoland, that my Mercedes Benz S350 would be ready for collection on Friday the 22nd of March in the afternoon or worst case scenario it would be ready for collection on Monday the 25th of March in the morning. This promise was made on Friday the 22nd of March. Based on the information i had received from Yolandi i had prepared and confirmed all my holiday bookings for the 29th March till 1st April trusting that Mercedes Benz would honour their promise and have my vehicle ready.

On monday the 25th of March i had called in to arrange the collection of my vehicle where another service advisor, Audrey, had told me that Yolandi was not at work on that day and that my vehicle is not ready. Audrey also mentioned that my vehicle parts will only arrive on the 9th of March and Yolandi had Mistaken my car for somebody elses.

I had taken up this matter with the dealer principal, Bertus, and informed him about the whole misunderstanding and requested for the following options, a courtesy car or a hired car. He had accepted the mistake from their side but refused completely to help me in any way leaving me stranded without a car for my holiday.
