Bad business etiquette by Mercedes Benz employees

On the 22nd of April 2013 I went to Cargo Motors Mercedes benz in Klerksdorp, was assisted by Mr. Dwayne Strydom as I was interested in the new A class. I specifically highlighted my interest in the A class, C class and the Jeep, he checked my Audi and took my details. He promised to call me the following day 10h00 till today. He was suppose to arrange for a test drive am still waiting... STILL :-(

I was disappointed again when I called Mercedes benz call centre on the 6th of May 2013 with my complain. Talked to Mr David who took and reported the matter to the Klerksdorp branch. He only called me back to give me feedback and he disappeared till today. he hasn't't done any follow up on my complain and Mr. Dwayne sent me a lousy email on the 7th of May telling me, He will get back to me the same day he sent the email and guess what STILL waiting...

My frustration is that I don't know whether He is not taking his job serious or else he is seriously undermining me big time. I work in JHB and once in a while you want to empower your province as home is Klerksdorp but they don't take us for granted. Am disappointed BIG TIME!! Merc get by your act together... pls
