On 3 Oct.2013 I took my B-class Mercedes for a service and repair noise in engine to Cargo Motors Klerksdorp. They told me its the "time chain" and the engine need to be stripped for the assesor to verify the report. They took a week doing this, when the assesor got their the engine wasnt properly stripped and had to return the next dayMultiple times I asked for a report on damage/broken parts on my vehicle for assurance matters, Cargo keep changing their story, still no report and still no manager to speak to. The parts were ordered and arrived on monday but they only started repairing on wed.16 Oct On friday I could collect my car, but when the engine was lowered in Cargo's technician broke the engine brackets and will take another 2 weeks to repair1 Nov. Meantime I have no vehicle. I asked for a courtesy car, have to pay R20 000 to insure that I return it in good order, they gave my vehicle more damage and I have to pay them! Still without a car for 4 weeks and no manager to speak to. I will sell my mercedes when I finally get it back, never want to be owner of a mercedes again or do business with Cargo Motors Klerksdorp, Very bad service and still unhappy client without my vehicle
