My Honda 170i one day just decided to cut out .. we had the car at a workshop in hartbeespoort. After a lot of head scratching HONDA was called out and after 4hours could not find the problem.at that stage the bill was at R3500 -00 they said it has to be wiring problem.but cant be sure??? car was sent to auto electrician that could not find a problem.. car was then taken to HONDA MENLYN. after almost a months and bad service and not getting back to us .. the car was ready to collect .. got to the dealership paid R18 000-00 .so at this point we are on almost R21500-00. drove out but still the car wasn't fixed!!! after Quintin the WORKSHOP FOREMAN said their is a light on that we need to look at but we can drive the car! after returning to the dealers because we could not drive the car for even 500m they said we should take it to a auto electrician again to sort out wiring on the gearbox. after a week the auto electrician says the car need to go BACK TO HONDA MENLYN to get sensors fixed on the gearbox??? ARE HONDA NOT QUALIFIED TO WORK ON THEIR OWN CARS? what could possibly be the problem?? why cant we get the DEALERS of HONDA to fix their own car??
