Poor Service and no value for a Customers

I took my car for a service at M2 City Mercedes Benz on the 26/09/13. It took them the whole day to service it, when i arrived after 16:00 Liesel made me to wait for an hour for my car to be released to me, only to find that most of the items done in the service were not done including filters and brake pads as they said they dont have the parts on stock.
I kept calling in and was transferred from one person to the other as no one wants to take responsibility. I then wen in the following week where i spoke to a guy called Mark who promised to sort everything out, still never came back to me and even when i called back they told me he was busy then i asked for the service manager who also promised to take this as priority, to my suprice he did the same by ignoring the importance of my safety when driving a car with noisy brakes.

I just need someone to be responsible and value their customers.
I need my full service done on this car cause right now my car is not so safe to drive with my family on at all.

I am so dissapointed to get this from Mercedes Benz dealer which i bought the car from
