I phoned regarding a delivery and the delivery is all a sudden a problem due to a new person delivering the package.the first person (Marcia) told me it WILL be delivered by 5. I needed the package as i don't just sit in one place. > Then Im told the driver is new. While Im on the phone i get thrown from pillar to post because of people not being able to assist professionally: At 4.56 the Manager left already... W.T.. then i get a Frans who is also just as Unhelping as he thow's stuff around to other people. I listen to the chatter at the back and i hear that the new driver. Now i get told Im at fault and Im responsable. What i think is that YOU are people who cant Think! How can i be called on my phone afterwards if he could net get hold of me. Stop lying and start fixing!
