I was contacted on Thursday regarding an "attempted" delivery by RAM Couriers. I was told they needed more information than they had for the delivery address - they had the company name, street name (farm no number) and town. I went into great detail explaining this to the not too bright Customer Service person on the other end of the phone. I then was told they would deliver Friday the 3rd May, so again I went into point for point detail that I would NOT be at the address on the package but could they please deliver to Somerset West; NO PROBLEM was the reply and again I then gave very specific details on where I would be during a 2 hour period as my home address did not suit them (go figure they are a courier service what suits them shouldn't matter). I waited for over 2 hours at the address given and which RAM were happy with, only to get a telephone call to say the driver is sitting in the town where I work and he can't find my company-HELLO did I not give you very specific instructions that I would NOT be there and the package must be delivered in Somerset West! The attitude and "do not care" attitude of the Customer Service person is shocking and I still do NOT have my parcel
