Still in the dark

I called Zukuswa (DP) on the 23rd April 2013, and I had explained my frustration to her over the phone, but she did not understand my stress and my current situation, she kept on referring to the Contract. I asked her that can we be able to seat down and have a meeting, and she told me that she is busy, on the 24th, 25th and the 26th, and I asked that we can do it on Monday the 29th April or the 28th April, and she advised me that she will be doing Stock taking, and she is free on the 1st of May 2013. I went there on the 1st May, only to be told by a security officer that they are closed. I complained on Hello Peter, on Saturday, only to get a call from her junior mangers, not even a call from her. Why should we complain to get Proper service, It's my Time and Petrol that I am wasting. If this is how VW Clients are being Treated, when they would like to meet with seniors, well ITs a Disgrace, Any Company should let client talk to Management, not to be told that They are busy and we have to meet under THEIR CONDITIONS AND BUSY SCHEDULE. VW needs to take responsibility for their Staff's Incompetency, Without US there wouldn't be VW, it's not like they don't have Competition.
