The service from Bidvest bak is shocking, On the 26th of April 2010, a call centre consultant named Mbali Mathe, handled my query. During the conversation this lady was very rude and all over with assumption despite attempts to correct her she would not stop.

I requested to speak with her Boss Jackie deep, who was not in, I was assured that Jackie deep would call me by end of business day. She did not call back.

I then followed up for feed back and she was busy at that moment however she called back.. When she called back i was busy to deal with her, i then called back and was advised that they are looking into the matter and i would be informed of the out come.

That was on the 29th of April 2013. I called back again on the 14th of May 2013 as to what is happening. I was promised that she would call me back. Which she has not done. To date i have not received feedback.

Now if the customer service manager does not give feedback nor keep customers in the loop, how does a team perform. No one is accountable at Bidvest or care to look into matters nor has the desire to inform a client of their issues.
