Upgrade on new phone submitted and processed on the 19th April 2013, indicating phone, micro sim and package. Confirmation received all in order and processed. Followed-up on the 23rd April to find out system down and the could not advise me when it will be delivered but they would get back to me. Followed up morning of the 25th again would get back to me. Afternoon the 25th phone delivered without micro sim. Phoned Trueman to be told not to worry would be delivered the 26th April it had been routed. Emailed and phoned with no response 28th and 29th. Phoned call centre 30th April spoke to "May". Said the micro sim had not been invoiced but she would activate and I would receive the 02nd May..Sorry Sorry. 2nd May again nothing. Wrote to Trueman but again no response. 3rd May on advise went and sourced my own Micro sim. Had to submit all documentation again. Two weeks later. All emails and calls records available if required. Please don't phone me to try retain the other company lines.
