Waiting over 6 months for repairs

I would please like some assistance with my problem i have bought a demo Isuzu d/b cab over 6 months ago and with in the first week i have notice that my seat was broken it kept on falling back and offers me no support what so ever i have mentioned it to the sales person and he told me will fix it on the service the bakkie needs to go for a service this week and that is almost 35 000 km later and the seat is still not fix i need to have my seat fix this week please assist me with that
