Paid for nothing

I took my quad to Jonway for a servive and a new battery, I get it back after almost 2 weeks because they apparently battled to get hold of me, The bike doesn't start, I open it up and it doesn't have a new battery as per my invoice, I confront them and it seems the service also has not been done, they come and collect the bike after a week delivered it today and still nothing has been done, same battery, no service
