Bad service

I bought my Fiat Punto 1.2 on 07/06/2012 from Automall in East London. The car had 78 km on it when I bought it. I told the sales agent after a few days that the driver seat was making a big noise. I said to her that I will take it in when I go for my first service. The car was taken in for its first service in January 2013. The lady at Automall Fiat said that my seat is a factory fault and that they would have to order a new seat for me and this will take 2 to 3 months. I phoned in again after 3 months and was told that they are still waiting. On the 15th of May I complaint to Fiat South Africa to customer agent Dolly Khoza and she gave me a ref number 33371090.Since then no one has come back to me. My pasanger seat is now also making a noise and I only have the car for a year. There seem to be no service with Fiat SA. For a new car I feel that I got a real "DUD" from Fiat. Problems found from day one - Aircon not working on all blowers, Gearbox consol put in scew (Still like that) Passenger seat now making a noise as well, Driver seat still broken, Door consol to open and close window is loose. How can you feel that you are driving a new car with all these issues.
