The Manual Didn't Say Anything About the Seat

I bought a diamondback bicycle at the store.
After a week I had to return the bicycle because the rear wheel bearing was faulty.
Then less than 2 weeks later i adjusted the seat to high for the bicycle, and it bent the clamp metal area that grips the seat.

The manual did not state how far the seat can be pulled out.

The worst of it all, I had to deal with the politics between mr price sport and diamondback.
Frank the area manager, of mr price sport, is arrogant and doesn't listen to my explanation to why this has happened, and wants me to pay R200 for the repairs.
I don't want the bicycle any more, because in a months time I had to send it in twice for manufacturers faults.
I bought the bicycle to save on petrol, but all that is to waste because I had to take the bicycle back myself twice.
