Terrible Service, Waiting 2 months For Cash Back?

I Bought Demo model Vehicle from GWM Helderburg (Somerset West) at the beginning of February 2013, after a long backwards and forwards with the "Sales person" Jonathan Ross I was eventually given the GWM Steed 2.2MPI, a demo from the Hermanus branch, I was promised the vehicle was in pristine condition and had a Tow bar fitted. When I inspected the Vehicle after taking possession of it on the 9th of Feb I found a Large chip in the windscreen, A large tear in the rear seat, and chips in the paintwork on the bonnet above the nudge bar that were to the metal and rusting and NO tow bar. I sent it back after waiting a week for a Courtesy vehicle. The following Friday they attempted to deliver it to me, they had used Enamel touch up on the bonnet and no tow bar was fitted, the seat had been fixed and the windscreen replaced. Another week went past with no word I had sent 10 emails to Both Jonathan Ross and the "Dealer Principle" Nicky Van Zyl requesting information about when the vehicle would be ready, I got no replies, then they delivered the vehicle with all requested repairs. While this was going on I was waiting for the cash back offer which still has not materialized, Feb9-Apr4???
