I bought a 2012 Ford Ranger from Barloworld and with the first service I advised them the driver's seat loses height whilst I am driving. The workshop inspected and found that there are bent parts under the seat. They ordered a new seat and yesterday, 5 December 2013, 10 months after I bought the vehicle, another Ford employee stepped in and stated that there is nothing wrong with the seat, whilst two other inspectors had already inspected it and found the seat to be defective. The warranty claim for the replacement has now been rejected.
The vehicle is still under warranty and yesterday's hero was not even there to inspect the seat but he did so anyway.
I am dissatisfied.
