I really want to commend the team at Northcliff Nissan, they are fantastic. I recently bought a vehicle there through Marco Sutherland. He was brilliant to deal with and the whole process from the test drive, to the finance application and delivery was smooth as silk. And when I needed to bring the vehicle to the service centre to attend to a small niggle (setting of the handbrake) nothing was too much trouble. Coetzee and his team confirmed my booking through SMS and email. And when I brought my vehicle in I was given the loan of another vehicle to get to work and back.
Nothing was ever too much trouble.
