It is with a sadness and disappointment to be robbed off by Mccarthy/ Mcsure extended warranty policy. As any client/ customer may fall into a trap that I have experienced with Mccarthy/ Mcsure policy and to be precise (Gezina Branch) in Pretoria (RSA) is where the dark and dive game unfolded.
I was encouraged by a soft spoken Mcsure representative by the name of (VANISH) in Gezina Pretoria in 2011 to take a Mcsure policy as an extended warranty policy and He mentioned and explained how it will help me in time of need and I was excited to take up the policy. The problem started in December 2012 when I took my car to a dealership for normal 15 000 interval service, they detected that a starter and a steering rack have problems, and then I gave them the policy number so that they can obtain the authority from mcsure to continue with the repairs
Mcsure refused to help me saying my policy has expired but on VANISH'S records it stated clearly that it is expiring in May 2013 and to DATE they never helped me and they never stopped deducting money from my account from 2011 till today (2013). Since December 2012 I've been waiting for VANISH to call me till today but He never called...
