Vehicle warranty policy taken but bad service

I have a Golf 6 Gti that came out of warranty in november 2012. Before the warranty expire i looked into taking an extended warranty and Mcsure was offering a plan that stated if a new warranty plan was taken 30 days before the existing vw warranty expires the warranty plan will then have more value than the standard Mcsure warranty. In june this year my car went to vw umhlanga and after doing tests the necessary tests it was discovered that the gearbox had an internal fault and the steering rack is damaged and was making a knocking sound. Wiseman the service adverser at vw told me that he will submit the claim to Mcsure and will contact me when he gets feedback. After speaking to Wiseman for about 2 weeks cos he was getting no joy from Mcsure Agent handling my claim namely E.B. i decided to phone him personally. I asked E.B. what seems to be the delay with claim and he told me that all test sheets have not been submitted. After i told him that i have followed up and it has been done he began getting frustrated and said that i must get the dealership to remove the steering rack and he will have one of his contacts to cut the part in half and see whats wrong internally etc.
