I took the Mcsure Limited insurance in 2011 for an extended warranty for my Audi A4 as it was out of motor plan. I paid them a once of fee and paid in full. Now my cars front lights went off on the 27th of March, I called them and was told to take my car to Audi Middleburg which I did on the 28th of March, I gave them my policy number. They checked the car and told me its the Control Unit that needs to be replaced. We signed the forms and they were sent to McSure to a guy called Muzi. It's exactly 17 days today they haven't responded to give authorization and my car is still at Audi. I don't have any other car and for the past 17 days its been taxis and I'm always late. No one from the insurance has called me to explain to me what's happening. I'm so disappointed and angry. I regret the day I took this insurance and would never recommend it to anyone.
