I'm a very angry and hungry customer. My husband and I ordered a pizza from Debonairs at six. He spoke to one of their cashier and they told him it would R131. An hour passed and our pizza hadn't been delivered he calls again they tell him its on its way. Then we wait patiently for our pizza and cocktail sausages. An hour passes again he calls them they told him No your pizza will be there any minute at this point in time its past eight. We wait the 3rd hour passes I call them and the phone just kept on ringing after not giving up this other guy answers. I asked him where our delivery and he didn't give me a straight answer he just said the was a technical problem and to my surprise I asked him why because my husband called twice and he was told the pizza is on its way. He then handed the phone to Jacqueline who also told me that the was a technical problem our wasn't made and that the next time we order it will be free but I can't order now cause they have already knocked off. I'm so angry. Three hours of we wasted our airtime calling them and they kept on lying to us. If they were not willing to assist us why didn't they say so we could have ordered from another restuaran
