My name is Sipho yesterday (26/10/2013) at 17:50 I orderd a Pizza at Debonairs Alexandra which I told it will take 40-45 minutes to be delivered, as per norm I was asked my name nd cellphone numbers of which I gave. After close to an hour I called them to find out because it wasn't delivered and I wast told its on the way. It was already passed that 45 minutes but I did not complain as I was too hungry to do so. After an hour 15 minute I called back again to find out and I was told the same story " its on the way". 19h30 I called again to find out and guess what? You guessed it correctly "Its on the way" I then requested to speak to a manager who eventually came to the phone her is Kelly. She told me that my pizza was delivered and I aksed her to whom cos certainly it was not delivered to the rightful person. I then asked her if I going to get my pizza she told me they will deliver another one. Me and my girlfriend slep hungry. Its Sunday today and the pizza has yet to be delivered.
