I ordered a large pizza at 12:16 on the 27/06/13 via the online ordering system at the Grosvenor Crossing Sandton and an hour later as my lunch time arrived the pizza wasn't delivered. I called the Debonnairs branch and I was told my pizza will be delivered in 15min time. 2 hours later and my pizza still isn't delivered. Once again I gave them a call and the guy who had answered asked if he could take my order then put the phone on the side. I called again and I am told they will get back to me but still waiting over 2 hours now. This is very unprofessional and zero service delivery. Very hungry and upset.
