I ordered pizza after our area was out of lights because of cable and the pizza was delivered an hour later and it was cold..well the debonairs "motto" is that if its cold then we dont pay but we did because we felt sorry for the delivery guy. When I phoned Banbarry Debonairs with my cellphone again to tell them that we paid for the cold pizza they asked us to tell the driver to return with it and they will make us another fresh and hot pizza. The reason i ordered the pizza its because we didnt have electricty and my kids were hungry, so it means I had to wait for another hour for a fresh and hot pizza. Oh well the kids had to eat the cold pizza. I logged a call with the customer service call centre but till to this day, I havent heard anything form debaonairs. On staurday the 21st Dec we went to buy pizza at Randburg and they just took they pizza out of the warmer and gave to us.. From my experience when I order pizza I normally wait 15 min for it to be prepared and it will be fresh but at Randburg I didnt even wait 5 min and the pizza was very very dry, it showed that it had been kept in the warmer for a very long time. Im very dissapointed shame..
